So pure that 170 roses are needed to make just one drop. Rose de Mai is so rare that it blooms for just three weeks each year in May. Known as 'The Painter's Rose and still sourced in Grasse, France, to produce one pound of absolute, 10,000 pounds of rose blossoms must be handpicked before dawn.
