Comme des Garçons launches a purely Comme des Garçons scent – “A positive overdose of woods, woody notes and wood constructions (Wood gone mad).” And it has! The structure of this fragrance is very fluid with wood notes concentrated in the middle notes rather than the base. This is a sandalwood fragrance that really smells like sandalwood (the rich, Mysore kind). This has a nice touch of pepper, vetiver and oud that just enhances it and makes it unique but it really is the sandalwood that dominates and that is what makes it a WONDERWOOD.
 
The top notes consist of Madagascan pepper, bergamote, Somalian incense and nutmeg with woods, woods - Cristalon, Cashmeran, Gaiacwood, Cedarwood and Carvi Graines with base notes of Javanol, sandalwood, vetiver and Oud (Agarwood).

    I'm reluctant to write this because I want to be the only one wearing it! But I discovered this incredible scent while visiting London England years ago and I've never been able to let it go. It's wood, spice and all things rugged but nice. Get endless compliments. I'd say It's more a date, or evening out, or fall/winter scent than a summer day, beach vibe scent. Not only do I love it and can't live without a bottle, but I also really love that Comme des Garcons doesn't seem to be as common out here (Vancouver). Perfect if like me, you don't like smelling like 90% of men walking around drenched in Sauvage or Diesel. Trust me it's WAY better.
